VNSO TICKET REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Regulations

  • Once payment is completed, the ticket is considered successfully sold, and the purchaser is responsible for carefully checking all information including program details, date, time, venue, ticket quantity, and ticket category before confirming the transaction. For successfully purchased tickets, VNSO does not provide refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.

  • Each ticket is valid only for the specific program, date, and venue stated on the ticket.

  • Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official VNSO website: [insert website].

  • Payments must only be made via QR codes or payment methods provided directly on the official VNSO website.

  • VNSO shall not be responsible for any issues arising from purchases made via fake websites, unofficial links, or payments made to unauthorized accounts or QR codes not issued by VNSO.

  • If there is any doubt regarding the authenticity of the website or payment information, customers are advised to contact VNSO before proceeding with any transaction.


2. Refundable Cases

  • Event cancellation by the Organizer: 100% ticket refund.

  • Change of performance date where the customer cannot attend the new date: 100% refund.

  • Technical issues or ticket issuance errors caused by VNSO: 100% refund.

  • If payment has been deducted but the VNSO system has not recorded a successful transaction, customers are required to provide transaction error details (including transaction ID, payment time, deducted amount, and proof of payment if available). After verification, the payment gateway will automatically process a refund according to the policy for failed transactions.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of personal plans.

  • Unexpected work or schedule changes.

  • Illness or personal reasons.

  • Incorrect ticket type, quantity, or booking details.

  • Failure to attend the event.

  • Late arrival after ticket checking or after the program has started.

  • Loss of ticket or ticket information.

  • QR code exposure resulting in unauthorized use of the ticket.


4. Refund / Cancellation Procedure

  • Customers are kindly requested to submit refund/cancellation requests via:

  • All requests must include the following information:

    • Order ID or ticket code

    • Full name of the ticket purchaser

    • Contact information (email and/or phone number)

    • Reason for refund/cancellation request
